    I have been thinking the same thing Levin, they must know that to sell this cap raise they will have to have something up their sleeve.

    Not like the last time when there was a buying frenzy at 13c. No one is buying much at the moment.

    Hopefully there will be bait to entice an uptake of the new shares.
