On the positive side, that's 132.4 million shares that wont hit the market and dilute the exisitng.
If they can get through this tough period by borrowing money and not diluting, then as a long term holder...i'm not complaining.

Also, If they were to do a buy back at a later stage (as mentioned by a previous poster), say at a $1.50...this $66mil they would've got now would cost them $198mil.

So basically, hold on, think long term, and look for the positives.
