gary phillips speaks well,is well considered,realistic and on top of his breif.my observation is based on listening to what he has had to say in investor breifings over the years. previous ceo had a significant health issue and would have found the going difficult. a good decision that prehaps should have been made earlier. then again the board is in a better position to know. good luck to gary phillips and his team.
