I'm definitely no expert, not in the slightest to be honest, I just know the basics and try to keep things realistic (i.e. mentioning the inclusion of declines and royalties into cashflow calcs).

Once a couple of wells are drilled around Pathfinder, then the average decline rate should become more apparent, but after 1 appraisal well (in which we don't have any production data spanning a longer period than the 24 hour naturally-flowing IP) it doesn't tell us too much, particularly in a new area.
