    This is the start of a sell job for a capital raising imo.

    Next step "new drilling program"

    "all funds raised will go to the ground. Now we have achieved the 500 squared program, you can have confidence that if you participate in the share purchase plan, your funds will all go to exploration activities"

    blah blah, words to that effect ..

    No mention of debt facilities in this announcement.

    All just my opinion (I have been known to be wrong too many times)
