A few obvious reasons for coming out with this ann now, are probably to use it to obtain that debt facility to avoid further CRs and dilution, "back us, we deliver", or, just that, to do exactly what energisme me has stated, "pour in more money, we are a great organization"??

Also qualifies, and/or justifies, any "performance" bonuses, but, can't help smirking at the wording of that last AGM decision re options to management given current S.P.

"These options were in recognitions for efforts and commitment to the company over the last twelve months and provided an incentive to them going forward."

Some "recognition and incentive"??? Nearly an insult, UNLESS they can collectively get them into the money!

Maybe, just maybe, today's ann is the start of that next "target"??!!
