    I'm with Patrolly with believing that it is Drake coughing up more funds.
    Makes sense that Drake with a 20% vote would not welcome another invester diluting their shares more than if they got the extra shares for themselves.
    Giving AVQ some more pocket money is small change for them and they score more options in the bargin.
