Its a bit of a punt. Each option at closing has a cost of 42c...being that the SP is $2.08.
If these options were listed today they would be so far out of the money that they will trade for a few cents each or less or maybe not at all if no demand.
Zed is right. you are better off buying the heads now instead of effectively buying options for 42c with very little market value and they lose value rapidly as they get closer to expiry.
Remember CDU has had many options expire worthless over the years. These might too.. A 42c option would not be for the faint hearted...
They should have made the offer at $2 and it would have been fully subscribed.
Interesting in the past that CDU was going to be fully operational at 120 million shares and no bank finance. How things have changed.. Now its knocking on 300 million shares.. could it go higher?
Previous expectations on return on investment have decreased nearly 60% from those days through substantial dilution..
