Oxiana has been bobbing around like a duck in a lake when all the other reasonable mining companies have taken off like speed boats. Oxr has dragged its feet I think, because of the number of capital raisings in the past and a bit of fear of political risk...Reality is Oxr has an excellent (and growing) asset base. Soon resource investors just simply won't be able to ignore it.
