really its a great announcement that confirms that what realistically would be achieved was indeed achieved. Opening 10 stores cost money as does increased inventory from an expanding business. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that cash flow is not positive at the moment and whilst many in here have cried out for rapid expansion, the reality is that a more measured rollout will be more manageable and put less stress on cash flow as it happens.

It will be interesting to see how same store sales progress, hopefully the early adopters are showing off to their mates and proving the viability of the product. The great thing about china is that there are many electric bikes and trikes on the roads right now,so I don't think there would be the same reservations about the technology as we perhaps would have here in Australia. Hopefully our sexy little numbers will find a huge following and sales will expand after the chinese new year.
