While a " significant transaction" could include a "capital raising" why wouldn't the announcement just say that.
Stove, I do believe that if you are in a position to assert what you have you equally should privide a basis for your assertion.
My comment about cynicism was because it was a bare assertion and one I would not expect in the circumstances as they present.
