Don't know anything about VHL, but a stock that I hold, just did a T/H for a Significant corporate event which ended up being a merger.
A Significant transaction, may not mean the same thing, could well be anything, unless they are cash strapped perhaps?
Might be selling their I.P. to Transgene, or acquiring another I.P. from somewhere.
Doesn't sound like a cap. raising as such.
