Share Issue and Cleansing Statement
Melbourne, Australia; 18 March, 2014: Patrys Limited (ASX: PAB), a clinical stage biotechnology
company, today confirmed that the period during which the Company could place any shortfall
arising from its Rights Issue closed on 11 March 2014. Joint Lead Manager, Azure Capital Ltd has
agreed to accept its fee in the form of fully paid equity in Patrys Limited. The Board has now
approved the issue of 4,596,082 ordinary shares required at 5 cents per share and these have now
been allotted.
