Must be frustrating to be in PCL, they have less updates that FAR, really what are Pcl doing the last 6 months. Are they just waiting on FAR's updates the Same as the rest of us.
I have thought about buying some but there is such small volumes traded it would be hard to sell if you wanted to do so. With the bad announcements from Kenyan government it doesn't look like a very attractive place to do business. They are at 52 week lows though.
