    To raise the $6m they say that they need they will have to issue 1.2 billion shares at 0.5c with another 1.2 billion options at 0.5c on top of that. Presuming nothing else goes wrong (!!!) we end up with close to 3.5 billion or so shares on issue plus whatever the convertible notes convert to.
