I think we have an explanation fro the recent strength in price for both TLW and HDR. This should at least put a little more upward pressure on the SP. Despite the rational comments from Rager inb rekation to the TLW bid issues, which I do not have a vehement disagreement with, I still have a view that TLW will have to consider an increase in the cash component of their offer if they are to be confident of success. After all success is what they came for and I expect they will be prepeared to increase the cash alternative to get acceptance, especially now that the Uganda value proposition is clearly going up
