Maybe this placement is to instos at a higher price with 2yr escrow period for long term investors?
Maybe been negotiating for months ?
Decision imminent, hence trading halt to prevent insiders getting the jump on us orneries
Maybe the spp hasnt diluted the shares much at all?
Maybe the IO discovery is actually SIGNIFICANT like they say in the ann?
What about a TSX listing ? {share consolidation req IMO...maybe 1 for 20 ?}
