Buffet - you have no idea why this gentleman has left - so why profess to assess whether it is a good or bad thing? You are just guessing. Executives leave organisations all the time for many, many different reasons - like, they are no longer required; their position has been made redundant; they want to move on and try something different; they want to spend more time with the family; they no longer see eye to eye with the company direction; etc etc.
