My interpretation is that SBL falls into the old world agenda, American Mfr plant becoming less relevant in global trade, strapped for cash with finite future as the result of China, Si yi opportunity, SIYI falls into new world agenda. Asian Markets with potential to feed total Global needs .

Thus Management has identified the latter ,SIYI,as first priority, in my opinion ,rightly so. Meanwhile if they can flog of the old world component ,a bonus .otherwise no great loss

China/Asia will be the land of the future rising Sun!
