If we close down the plant and manufacture out of china nothing changes except we save a fortune in staff costs.
We keep the ip, distributors etc etc etc.
How for the life of me is that a bad thing?
We are not getting rid of a sales force etc we keep eveything but move it off shore.
Timohs post is spot on.
Forget this sbl/sbn thing think of it more like moving operations to a cheaper facility.
Whats the use of keeping something open if you can do it better and ceahper elswhere?
