Harvett, you miss the point. It's all about managing what cash is left. SBL is a drain until deals get over the line. Bringing siYi into the picture prior to reg approval wouldn't be such a bad thing would it?

If there is a stockpile of O4 (made in the USA and stored in the USA) then the margins are already in their packets and later on if SiYi are producing the plastics then could they do that cheaper or would it cost more than doing it in the USA ?

I see moving everything to China as a positive not a negative.
