The company that is assmebling oraline 4 right now is not siyi.
They are a multinational comapny specializing in medical devices. THERE FACTORY ONLY IS IN CHINA
Since downsizing sbl the above co have assembled o4 and will be doing o8.
IE attaching the membranes to the units hence me saying we didnt need accreditation for that because they already have it and hence we wouldnt need it to for them to produce the membranes.

As far as timing goes the membranes are a manual process you could either have it set up at this company in next to no time.
Or usa could be producing whilst they are setting up.
there is no downtime, no ip patent issues as these guys are large enough thats its not in there interests to take it so it would be protected.
AND they could probably do it better because we keep stuffing it up just look at the china trial.

ITS basic ecomonomics harv and personally i wish they had done it sooner, the bottom line is the sales in the usa dont cover costs so lets cut those costs.
The sooner the better in my book
