Probably someone spooked. Do not forget although the clock is ticking and cashing is drying up faster than coming in, China is still looking more a goer than not. In other words yes it is a bad report looking back, but our hope is what lays ahead. I am getting very nervous about the time line though. Cutting it very fine with no more room for any more mistakes or delays.
