    MEO made a statement that such and such would be done by within a certain timeframe (Sep end).

    You don’t deliver the in a timely fashion you will be punished by Mr Market.

    MEO management stuffed it – excuses are not accepted as reflected in the sp.

    Could it be that there are no real attractive offers on the table ?
