    re: notice recieved .... would JV make decision 2 build pipe & develop JH field on strength of optimistic explorers guestimate of reserves or an extremely educated guestimate on reserves of both oil & gas? Do strong flows from 2-13 + 3-13 have any bearing on indication of reserves in these wells or does it mean zilch ?
    Hope I get right answers as I hold FP's
