Lets assume they dont spend a cent anywhere else in their operations -- and we will work on a POG of $1400
Therefore $1400 - $574 = $826 profit per ounce(very simplistic)
X 90,000 ounces and you get $74.3M which in very rough figures = .10c per share
I guess the PE you apply is up to you - that is why we will always argue about the value of a company - but why would you use a PE of 30 when you currently have a mine life of 10 years?
