    My simplistic views after reading the PFS

    MGX - Market Cap $2.3B and annual production 4m tonnes
    AGO - Market Cap $2.6B and annual production 6m tonnes

    Anyone who is looking to secure 15m tonnes annual supply could have just easily take out FMS $1820m ($1 per share) and then spend $1100m (488 + 610). 3 times the supply for a bit more than market cap of MGX and AGO
