I think there are a few factors working against PNA today
1. overall market sentiment
2. copper has lost its luster

Now with Inca d'Oro approved the work begins. There are array of issues surrounding this project and require solutions one at the time.

KTL and Phonsavanh - today nobody pays extra $$$ for projects with studies completed by the end of 2012 - this is a long shot.
