On first glance I think many people will skip over the importance of this announcement. Therefore I would not worry it is sold into or if there is a pull back towards the end of the day or two.

What is important though is that the patent is all but granted and if we look at it from the eyes of one of our partners it gives a lot of security. It will ensure that they are the only one in the market with such a technology related to their product and as a result gives them a huge marketing advantage.

I would not be surprised is this is prelude to more positive news to come and potentially the signing of an agreement now that this vital form of "protection" is all but in place.
