I think you are right Sliced Bread. When the other deal with the copper mob was
on the table Mantle had to cut with China Success. Now they can make deals with
them again. My guess is a combo of Mantle (& possibly MCO) major holders and China Success.
I'm sure it won't be a general shareholder cap raise.
Looking good to my eyes. Nice share-price rise on good volume before the halt.
