I am not sure what they are actually saying...are they admitting they contracted a rig that was unsuitable for what needed to be done? WEre they previously planning to dewater wells but not try and get flow rates?
I like how they've planned next 25 wells though...especially with adminstration costs at near a $1 million per quarter...which should leave $2million cash by the time dewatering begins...will that be enough?
