the wording needs to be,

company ought to issue placement options, to replace existing options, at .001 for 1 for 1.

With this delay, the options are otherwise dead.

The crux of this is, there has been an unforseen delay that has handcuffed the SP.

They need to come to a decision quick smart regarding it, or many will dump them for nothing.

I have been told, that even post their exxpirey, it is possible to issue th placement.

But in fariness to any that hold to the bitter end, they need to be aware of the companies intentions.

It is no longer, a wait and see, maybe the heads will get up....

Thats not going to happen, not until, and if, the court appeal goes our way.
