We the members of Wellfully Limited hereby requestthat you call a General Meeting of the Company for the 23rd November2020 for the purpose of Negotiating between the shareholders and the Board theBenchmarks for the performance rights issues.
We request that the following resolution be putforward at the meeting:-

1. Thatthe Performance Rights Benchmarks as agreed between the shareholders and theBoard in the meeting be ratified at the Wellfully Limited Annual GeneralMeeting called for Monday 23rd November 2020 at 2.30 pm
