Totally agree, management and Board needs to demonstrate they have given some attention to fixing the malaise that is VMS. Now that they fumbled the Riley opportunity while the iron ore market was cranking, they’ve done nothing to suggest they have a strategic plan on how to prioritise the remaining projects in the portfolio to create some (any!?) shareholder value. Board needs to demonstrate they are focussed on VMS rather than their stable of directorships/ equity interests in the other house companies (BSX, AQI etc) or it’s time for them to shuffle on and stop bleeding us
