Maybe someone should call the company and give MT an opportunity to resign before actions are taken so that he could at least keep a consultancy position and be involved in the company. If he is kicked out via action/forced I don’t think he will be given the opportunity of a consultancy position or any other involvement. He should know that if he willfully resigns soon there is still a position for him and give him the opportunity to resign and draw up a letter to share holders.
