I think MT is faced with a decision here. Either resign himself and retain a consultancy position OR share holders to remove him by force and be completely kicked out with no further involvement or consultancy. He needs to make a move quickly as I can see with each passing day on here the share holders are now rallying and are not sitting around anymore.
