Hi Andrewe, thats the question that will be asked of the incompetent Ibr directors; were they getting good value or were their loyal long term shareholders getting good value.The Corporations act is quite explisit regarding Directors responsibilities to shareholders.

With tmr having over 4 times the shares on issue and resources barely worth a quarter of IBR gold resources going foreword..... a second grade maths class will tell you thats 16:1 and these b*ggers got away with 4:1 , you work it out .

Those responsible for this fiasco have no one else to blame but themselves for trying to deny IBR holders a fair value for their shares. Cheers
