The reality is that none of us know, precisely, when the appeals will be determined. However, experience should tell you that the appeal process, in any jurisdiction, is a tortoise, not a hare. Further, a look at past cases, in the NRC Issuance records (the link for which I provided) will show you that appeals against ASLB decisions often take up to 6 months to be decided by Commissioners.
So what are the 'facts' here, KB, in your view?
