West Schenck #618 – Blue Ridge Rose Prospect The West Schenck #618 reached TD within the past 24 hours at 2,102 feet. After logging and coring, the election has been made to set production casing and begin testing. Core analysis indicated three zones with oil shows. Oil shows while drilling were present in another two prospective zones. None of these prospective zones have been found in older historical wells drilled in the vicinity. Testing is expected to begin within the next two weeks. Red Bluff discovery and further high impact successful wells on trend The West Schenck B #116 reflected the discovery in the Red Bluff section of the Jackson formation and also encountered several additional pay sands which have not previously been produced in the Lower Frio and Vicksburg formations. After initial testing, this well has been put onto production after screen and gravel packing the zone. There are several additional wells which are now producing from intervals not previously produced in the field in the Lower Frio formation at deeper depths than previously thought to hold oil. Their flow rates indicate virgin pressure and potentially greater longevity and reserves. High impact, by the Company’s definition, is a formation which has considerably greater production capabilities than the original fairway averages of 20/25 BOPD. There are now other producers in the high impact success category and more wells are anticipated to be coming online. The West Schenck B #120 is free flowing oil from an interval identified in the high impact targeting. It is currently flowing at a rate estimated to be in excess of 65 BOPD on a 11/64 choke with 230# flowing pressure. The official flow test as filed with regulatory agency was 65 BOPD. The West Schenck B #133 is also free flowing oil from an interval identified in our high impact targeting. The official flow test as filed was 75 BOPD on a 9/64 choke with 410# flowing pressure. The West Schenck B #124 is currently free flowing oil from an interval identified in the high impact targeting at a rate estimated to be in excess of 90 BOPD on a 9/64 choke with 400# flowing pressure. West Schenck B #134 is also free flowing from an interval identified in the high impact targeting at a rate estimated to be in excess of 50 BOPD with flowing pressure of approximately 185# on a 11/64 choke. Additional producers are expected to begin coming online in this lower trend and their results will be reported as tests are completed. Management is confident the high impact program is beginning to produce the results intended of production rates in excess of fairway averages of the past from newly identified reservoirs and formations. The individual well results are also beginning to impact daily production increases as reflected in the production graph below. Zivley #100R – Blue Ridge Petunia Prospect Current drilled depth to date on the Zivley #100R is 3,211 feet in the sidetrack hole with a target depth of 6,000 feet. West Schenck #616 – Blue Ridge Honeysuckle Prospect During March 2013 Maverick set surface casing on the Blue Ridge West Schenck #616, a well targeting the Honeysuckle Prospect. This well has a target depth of 6,000 feet and drilling of the main hole is scheduled to begin immediately following the Zivley #100R. PRODUCTION UPDATE The chart below shows daily estimated gross production as reported to management from 1 October 2012 to 21 May 2013. The consistent increase in production has been delivered through a combination of newly drilled wells coming online combined with the reactivation and recompletion program.
