"GLTA tomorrow hope it just goes right off for you.....can anyone give me any clues as to why the announcement does not include any sign off by a company official, contact numbers etc and simply ends with the consents about Dr Robert Coenraads? Not suggesting anything untoward but just wondering?"

You have to be concerned that an important jorc requirement has been completely overlooked by management - Zenix nominees also ceased to be a substantial holder on the 3rd june..why would they have done this given major news was so close?
