Change in Management Structure

The Company advises that Phillip Thomas has resigned as Managing Director of the Company

with effect from 31 October 2008. Mr Thomas continues as a non-executive Director.

Mr John Anderson, who has served the board as a non-executive Director since 14 December 2005, has been appointed by the board to the position of Executive Director and now heads up the Company’s management.
