I figured the BFS will most likely get approval from financing with a guaranteed 35% offtake for life of mine from NYSTAR. I read this announcement as anticipation of that approval and have decided not to wait for formalities to proceed with some ground work preparations. At this stage we still have to guess what the $11 mil is used for. Open to other intrepretations.
