    I think the line wipes are just the manipulators. someone must have put a sale up at 3.5c so they climb up with fake line wipes to get the real sale then they push it back down afterwards with fake sells. IMO. obviously there are others buying but the manipulators would be gaining more shares then they are losing so they arn't worried about people buying at the moment.
