    Their NOM thread contains alot of info.

    I maybe wrong in some areas as I don't hold but the key points are:

    * Extra 1.26 billion shares after acquisition making it around 2.2+ billion including options

    * The NOM values it between 0.9-1.9c after acquisition

    * No ideas on revenue figures as product not yet used. Posts indicates 500kin first year?

    * CR at 2 c
