On 21 April 2005, Virotec International Ltd (ASX/ AIM: VTI) received
notification that Mr John Catling, Virotec's Chief Executive Officer, purchased
237,667 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 17.95p each in on-market
transactions on 20 April 2006.
