Interesting that management thinks that VLA worth less than multiple valuation reports they publish on the VLA website.
I will be voting NO, the outcome without additional bids will be in the hands of the institutional investors, if the instos think it's a good price and they vote Yes, that will make me feel a little better as they have more skin in the game and are better qualified to judge the offer.
It is still a good result for me at an average buy price of $0.51, however, I feel that I have been led to believe by VLA management that it is worth a LOT more so why they rolled over is beyond me.
