It is still a good result for me at an average buy price of $0.51, however, I feel that I have been led to believe by VLA management that it is worth a LOT more so why they rolled over is beyond me.

I will be voting in favour, I have been in VLA for many years with an average price of $0.30, I'd prefer to take the money and run.
If the offer fails they may have to do it the hard way, and it could be a drawn out process and further risk involved of getting it commercialised.
