Hi Confucius,

Price closed at 12.5 cents on 18 Oct and opened at 16.5 on 19 Oct and you are right in observing that the 4 cent gap has not been closed. It has been my experience, and I think it is widely accepted, that gaps get closed about 80% of the time.

Some people subscribe to a five day theory which generally accepts that if a gap is going to be either wholly or partially closed, there is generally some observable move to do that within the next five days - and if not, then forget about it.

Given the strength of OVR's subsequent moves up and the compelling story of strength in OVR's underlying fundamentals, I would be extremely surprised to see price retrace to close this one.
