    I can't understand why it takes so long for APRA to approve or not a rectricted banking licence , l know there has been a few changes along the way but they should be in a position to make a decision by now , come on APRA approve or not approve and remove NOV,s shackles, this is costing the company heaps., it's just a restricted licence after all.
