NOV has really confirmed that level at 24 as the line in the sand - it goes right back to that initial breakout in June (arrowed) - since the breakdown of that level in July NOV has had limited success in breaking through and holding above it.
Anyway a third attempt in a month or so to push through that resistance today looks a bit better with a spring like bar - it's bullish nature has to be confirmed though as the vast majority of the trades between 24 and 24.5 occurred in the after market auction by, I suspect, one trader or insto.
